Newborn Photography has come a long way since I started newborn photography over 10 years ago. It’s fun to look back at those first years and see not only now I have improved, but also how my style has progressed. Some poses and props are trends. They are really popular but get old quickly. Remember when we were all putting babies on top of old suitcases??? Flash back to 2010!!!!

My goal now is to create timeless portraits that never look out of style. I want you to look back at these images 5 years, 10 years, even 20 years from now and they still look just as beautiful and not outdated. Sure your baby will look different as they grow, but if you are like me, these newborn photos will continue to have a special place in your heart. I still have all my children’s newborn photos on display in my home, and my oldest is a teenager. I look at them every day! These portraits have become one of my most prized possessions. That is a moment I can’t get back and frankly have a hard time remembering!

I have evolved my style from what’s super trendy at this moment to: how can I most beautifully capture this sweet baby with all their perfect details. How can I capture the love this new family has for each other? How can I make sure these photos are displayed and enjoyed for years to come?

Newborn Photography is meant to be timeless. This is why it is my passion. These most precious memories are my favorite to capture.
